Shipping Policy

TERMS

Orchids of Distinction unconditionally guarantees the quality and description of our merchandise to be as stated on our website or we will refund your money upon return of goods to us in appropriate condition (minus postage). If delivered goods are not what you have ordered, we guarantee to replace them.  All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.

SHIPPING

All orders within Australia – Flat Rate $12.90 Shipping.  Some products /orders may be bulky or weighty and we may calculate postage by a formula set out by freight providers. This includes weight, size & destination of package.

All orders outside Australia will be calculated using a formula with Australia Post.  Contact will be made with the buyer prior to dispatching products to confirm postage.   All amounts include GST.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal and direct deposit.

METRO AREAS: please expect your parcel to arrive within 1-2 Business Days after dispatch

REGIONAL AREAS: please expect your parcel to arrive within 2-4 Business Days after dispatch

INTERSTATE: please expect your parcel to arrive within 4-10 Business Days after dispatch

For same day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed by 10am AEST on a business day.

Please note during busy periods (promotional sales, business trips, public holidays & Christmas periods) we cannot guarantee same day dispatch by 10am AEST.  We apologise for the inconvenience.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email by 5pm (AEST) on the day that orders are shipped out.

Orchids of Distinction is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carrier. Orchids of Distinction will not refund a customer for their order when a parcel is being “returned to sender” due to it being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered their own address. Orchids of Distinction will either re-send the parcel to the customer, or provide a credit note to the customer for the value of their parcel (less any shipping charges).  If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact our customer service team within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly.  Any incorrect addresses which result in a parcel being sent back to us may incur a “return to sender” fee which Australia Post imposes on Orchids of Distinction.

RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 1632, Bakery Hill, Victoria, 3354.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Contact us with your order details here: info@orchidsofdistinction.com.au

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a gift card and emailed to you, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@orchidsofdistinction.com.au
